Where are you located?
We are located at 225 South Church Street, West Chester PA 19382
What are your hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 9-8 and Fri-Sat 9-5. We are closed on Sunday.
Where can I park?
Parking is permit and meter free on our block of Church and Union Streets. Anything beyond that is permit parking. We also have a parking lot attached to our building accessible from Union Street. We advise you park on the right side in the diagonal spots only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and Venmo as a form of payment for your service. A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card transactions. Our Venmo is Blaze-Salon1.
How do I tip my service provider and how much do I tip?
We are always grateful for gratuity and it can be provided with cash or Venmo. Gratuity can not be put on a card. Though tipping etiquette varies, the standard baseline amount is 20% of the price of the service to the service provider and anywhere from $2-$5 to an assistant who may help assist your service provider throughout your service.
How should I arrive?
Please arrive early or on time to your appointment with clean, dry hair. Arriving to a color appointment with wet hair may result in an additional blowdry service and a delayed start time.
What if I’m running late?
We understand things happen. If you are running late please call us at 610.431.2190 to alert us of your arrival time. Arriving 10-15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment. Arriving 15 or more minutes late to an appointment may result in a reschedule. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is very relaxed. We understand that things come up. Failure to show up to an appointment without notice results in a 50% charge of the service you had scheduled.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
We are happy to make an adjustment to a color or cut service if you are not satisfied. Please call 610.431.2190 within a week of your service to be accommodated.
